I like to make raspberry bellinis with this wine. It’s a great little dessert drink after dinner. A scoop of raspberry sorbet and then fill the glass with Rosa Regale! Easy and quick and delicious.

Wife makes a wonderful chocolate volcano cake with fresh raspberries and Chambord.
The Banfi Rosa Regale is always served with that dessert. It is my favorite dessert wine.
