Had my first taste of this just last night. Very drinkable after a brief 10 minute breath. Not too bright and just enough spice/fruit for me to accompany a snack or light meal. $11 from local grocery chain.

We have settled on this as our preferred everyday wine. It’s consistent, very pleasant drinking with a light snack of cheese, and it’s value priced. A very drinkable wine and highly recommended.

Thanks, Don. I came across this wine again at a blind tasting party, at which most attending were not very knowledgeable about wine. Reviews were mixed on it. I again found it to be good, but a number of folks didn’t care for it, which I figure was more a matter of preference than a non-biased qualitative assessment.

We had dinner at BBC in Wilmington,DE last week and they had High Note on the list so we tried it and as you found it was a bit raw right out of the bottle but once it opened up it was very drinkable and the price in the restaurant was reasonable. Would order again.
